📜 Terms of Service (ToS) - PureStitch

 

Yeh Policy aapke aur PureStitch ke darmiyan hone wala ek qanooni (legal) agreement hai.

 

1. Baudhik Sampatti (Intellectual Property - IP)

 

• PureStitch ki website par maujood saara content, jismein logo, photos, design, videos, aur har qism ka material shamil hai, PureStitch ki exclusive milkiyat (ownership) hai.

• Aap is content ko PureStitch ki likhit ijazat ke baghair copy, download, modify, ya istemal nahi kar sakte.

 

2. Qeemat Aur Ghalatiyan (Pricing and Errors)

 

• Hum apni website par qeemat (pricing) aur product ki jaankari (information) ko hamesha sahi rakhne ki koshish karte hain.

• Lekin, agar ghalati se (technical error ki wajah se) kisi product ki qeemat galat dikhti hai, toh PureStitch ke paas yeh haq mehfooz hai ki woh us order ko cancel kar de. Hum aapko is ghalati ke bare mein jald se jald inform karenge.

 

3. Istemal Ki Sharait (General Conditions)

 

• Aap humari website ka istemal sirf qanooni (legal) maqasid ke liye karenge.

• Aap kisi bhi aisi harkat mein shamil nahi honge jo website ke operation mein rukawat daale ya doosre users ko tang kare.

 

4. Zimmedari Ki Hadd (Limitation of Liability)

 

• PureStitch ki zimmedari sirf us product ki kharidari ki qeemat tak hi limited hai.

• Agar product ke istemal se ya iske delivery mein kisi aur tarah ka nuqsan hota hai (jo product se direct related na ho), toh PureStitch us bade nuqsan ka zimmedar nahi hoga.

 

5. Qanoon Aur Ikhtiyar (Governing Law)

 

• Agar aap aur PureStitch ke darmiyan koi qanooni masla (dispute) paida hota hai, toh woh Pakistan ke un qawaneen (laws) ke tehat hal kiya jayega jahan PureStitch ka business register hai.
